Meet the Superintendent

Dr. Kristin O'Neil
Dr. Kristin P. O’Neil has been dedicated to the field of education for just shy of 30 years with a Bachelor’s Degree from Glassboro State/Rowan College of NJ in Elementary Education/Sociology, a Master’s Degree from Rowan University in Educational Leadership, and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from Widener University. During her career, she has served others as a Coach, Teacher, Principal, Director/Chief Academic Officer, and now she is honored to serve as the Lindenwold School District Superintendent.
In order to stay true to her teaching roots, Dr. O’Neil also serves as an adjunct professor for both Rutgers University (Camden) in the Undergraduate Teacher’s Preparation Program and Rider University in both the Doctoral and Graduate Educational Leadership Programs.
Dr. O’Neil is happily married and a very proud parent to three high-school-aged children: Cameron (Sophomore), Kyler, and Carter (Freshman).
Dr. O'Neil truly enjoys being a part of the Lindenwold Community, and she is excited to watch the students grow and embrace all the District has to offer. Let's go Lions!
