• Preschool Registration and Lottery

  • Pleasant Hill School District - Pleasant Hill, Oregon 2020-21 Kindergarten Transition Registration

    Lindenwold residents who are interested in enrolling their three-year-old and/or four-year-old child in the Lindenwold Public Schools’ tuition-free, five-day integrated preschool program are encouraged to register for an upcoming lottery for a seat in our 2024-2025 program. Preschool lottery registration will open on April 1, 2024 and the deadline to register for the 2024-2025 school year is 4pm on May 1, 2024.  Students selected in the lottery will be notified by May 8, 2024.  You can access the lottery registration form by following this LINK.

     

    Students applying for the program must meet the following three requirements:   

     Students must be 3 or 4 years old on or before October 1, 2024;   

    • Students must be residents of  Lindenwold - proof of residency will be required at registration;  

    • Students must have up-to-date immunizations   

     

    The lottery selection process is based on random selection. If you have a current 3-year-old student in the program, they will automatically have a seat in the 2024-2025 school year.

      

    General education admission slots will be made available in accordance with our Preschool Plan to accommodate the NJDOE approved seats.  The program allows typically developing children and children with disabilities to learn together in the same environment at Lindenwold Preschool Building located at 100 South Avenue in Lindenwold. These numbers are subject to variability based on age level of applications received. The full-day program runs Monday through Friday from 9:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.and will follow the District’s school calendar.  

         

    Any students not selected in the lottery process will be kept on a waitlist for possible future selection. Those resident students on the waitlist will be called as openings in the Preschool Program occur in the order in which they have been placed on the waitlist.  An additional 41 general education seats will be available at Lindenwold Preschool’s partner site,  HeadStart Acelero, located at 345 Chews Landing Road in Lindenwold. Lindenwold school district administration will work with the Acelero team to coordinate these seats and our wait list will be shared with Acelero in this process.
